The Role:

What You’ll Do:
Provide daily website maintenance and ensure uptime across platforms
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues (WordPress, plugins, page errors, loading speed, etc.)
Collaborate with content and SEO teams to implement updates and technical improvements
Monitor website performance and user experience
Coordinate with developers for larger fixes or upgrades
Maintain documentation of processes and issue resolutions

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in website or technical support (WordPress experience preferred)
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Familiarity with SEO tools and website analytics is a bonus
Ability to work independently and respond promptly to issues
Excellent time management and attention to detail
