- Assist in managing documents, data entry, and updating client records.

- Perform general office tasks and maintain organized digital files.
- Conduct research and gather information on properties, neighborhoods, and real estate market trends.
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for virtual work.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or customer service role.
- Knowledge of real estate industry practices and terminology is a plus.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $24,000 - $65,000 per year.
