The University of Denver is hiring Hockey Catering Attendants to deliver exceptional hospitality during hockey games, special events, and VIP gatherings. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be at the heart of the action - setting up catering stations, serving guests, and ensuring every detail is executed with precision and warmth. What You’ll Do as a Catering Attendant:

You’ll be trained across all catering functions and play a key role in delivering high-quality service to athletes, fans, and special guests.

Responsibilities include:

• Event Setup & Breakdown: Prepare catering areas with food, beverages, utensils, and décor before events. Clean and reset after service concludes.
• Food & Beverage Service: Serve buffet-style meals, plated dishes, and refreshments while maintaining presentation and food safety standards.
• Guest Interaction: Greet guests with professionalism and enthusiasm, respond to requests, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with catering leads and fellow attendants to execute service plans and adapt to changing needs.
• Inventory & Restocking: Monitor supplies, restock items during service, and assist with post-event inventory tracking.
• Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all health and safety protocols.
