Role: Travel Surgical Tech

Location: Rochester NY 14642

Shift: 12-hour D/E/N Rotating Shift Schedules

Duration: 13 weeks

Schedule: 36 hours per week/ 3 days

Pay breakdown:

• Hourly rate - $44.00 $16.78 taxable $27.22 non-taxable
• Weekly Gross - $1584.08 $604.08 taxable $980.00 stipend

• Lodging: $580.00
• M&IE: $400.00

Job Duties:
The OR cares for a wide variety of patients. Specialties include orthopedics general surgery plastics orthopedic urology cardiac neuro vascular ophthalmic GYN ENT thoracic oral-maxillofacial and trauma (level 1 trauma center). There are 2 Davinci robots that are used by multi-services. The transplant program involves livers kidneys and hearts.

Requirements:

• NBSTSA Certification or 10 years of experience as a Surgical Technician
• Two (2) years Experience OR experience in a level 1 trauma preferred
• Able to scrub and circulate

Certifications:

• BLS (American Heart Association ONLY)
