Position
Care Partner – Full Time – Location: Copley, Ohio
Sign‑on bonus $3,000
Shift Schedule – Week 1: Tuesday/Thursday/Friday & Week 2: Monday/Saturday/Sunday 6pm-6am
Starting wage: $18–$20 per hour
Responsibilities
- Advocate of Empathy – Create human connection with residents during vulnerable moments.
- Generous Gift Giver – Share talents and be reliable.
- Inclusive Team – Invest whole heart in work, team members, and community.
- Engaged Learner – Ask questions, pursue development and training.
- Proactive ADL Assistant – Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- English communication skills.
- Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
- Computer skills for printing documents.
- Active role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
- Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and after a fall.
- Criminally cleared.
