Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Oakland, CA, for a Senior Regional Property Manager. The role involves overseeing multiple residential properties, ensuring operational efficiency while delivering an exceptional experience for residents. Responsibilities include supervising property managers, budgeting, implementing cost-control strategies, coordinating maintenance projects, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The Senior Regional Property Manager collaborates across departments to enhance service delivery and drive long-term community success.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in property management, budget development, and cost control.
  • Leadership and team management abilities, including experience supervising diverse teams and maintaining high levels of teamwork and accountability.
  • Proficiency in communication, conflict resolution, and relationship building with tenants, property owners, and vendors.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail in property operations and project management.
  • Proficiency with property management software or other technology tools used for operations, reporting, and automation.
  • Possess deep knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements related to property management and building operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
