The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with social media posting, content creation, and graphic design , specifically within the staffing or MSP industry . This role involves managing our digital presence, creating engaging visuals, and driving brand awareness across all major platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, schedule, and publish engaging posts across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.).
Create visually appealing graphics, social media creatives, banners, and marketing collateral using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.
Support marketing campaigns tailored to staffing and MSP clients.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to optimize content strategy.
Track and report performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions.
Collaborate closely with the recruiting and sales teams to promote job openings, company achievements, events, and thought-leadership content.
Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Assist in email marketing, blog writing, and other marketing initiatives as needed.
1 3 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or content creation, preferably in a staffing or MSP environment .
Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator , or similar design tools.
Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
Basic understanding of branding, analytics, and lead-generation strategies.
Knowledge of SEO, paid ads, or video editing is a plus.
