Job Description
- Develop and maintain hotel and supplier relationships according to target destinations. Responsible for negotiating prices, signing contracts, and relationship maintenance with hotels/suppliers.
- Manage the daily status and pricing of hotel rooms, ensuring smooth booking operations and price competitiveness while continuously guaranteeing performance output.
- Monitor the reliability and service quality of hotel products from suppliers.
- Coordinate and handle major customer complaints resulting from hotel/supplier product issues.
- Conduct market research and evaluation of the hotel industry, collect market data, and regularly submit hotel product reports.
