SENIOR FRAMER / LEAD CARPENTER
$35.00-$45.00+ per hour depending on experience

We are expanding our Framing Division and are searching for a Senior Framer / Lead Carpenter who wants more than “just a job.” We want a leader who takes pride in craftsmanship, values accountability, and is ready to grow with a company that rewards excellence.
OUR WORK SCHEDULE
- Four 10-hour days (Monday–Thursday)
- Friday mornings reserved for leadership, training, and growth meetings
- This gives you long weekends and the opportunity to grow into leadership and bonus tracks.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead residential and commercial framing projects
- Layout floors, walls, roofs, decks, and additions
- Read blueprints and solve field challenges
- Manage crews and keep production on pace
- Train and mentor apprentices
- Maintain Best Construction standards of safety, cleanliness, and quality
