We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Travel Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist clients with researching, planning, and booking personalized travel experiencesfrom weekend getaways to once-in-a-lifetime vacations. This is a fully remote position that allows you to work from home while helping travelers explore destinations around the world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budgets.
- Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
- Create and present customized travel itineraries tailored to client goals.
- Coordinate and confirm travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and car rentals.
- Provide timely and professional support to clients before, during, and after travel.
- Stay informed on travel trends, destination highlights, and industry updates.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and research abilities.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with travel booking tools or platforms is an advantage.
