The Registered Nurse provides skilled nursing care, case management, and hospice care to individuals facing advancing age, frailty, and serious illness. Daily tasks include patient assessments, medication administration, treatment planning, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. This role requires strong communication and collaboration with patients, providers, and other team members.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- Active MA RN License
- BLS (ARC or AHA)
- Telemetry experience
- Meditech experience
- 3 years prior MS/Tele experience
- Clinical Assessment skills

- Interdisciplinary Team Collaboration skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field

- Every other weekend and every other holiday required
- 2024/2025 Flu vaccine required prior to start
- Tele test given on first day of orientation
Scheduling:
- Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
- 36 hours per week
