Position Summary: We are currently seeking dedicated, energetic
Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. As an RBT with Astro ABA, you’ll work 1:1 with children in their homes, implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Flexible hours, PT.
About Us: Astro ABA is a growing provider of high-quality, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We are passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of the families we serve by delivering compassionate, evidence-based care.
Responsibilities: - Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the client's home or community setting
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans created by a supervising BCBA
- Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior
- Collaborate regularly with BCBAs, parents, and team members
- Attend team meetings and training sessions as required
- Maintain professional, respectful communication with families
- Ensure safety and promote skill development for each child
Requirements: - Must hold an active RBT certification through the BACB
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential
