Overseeing multiple properties, bridging the operational and strategic aspects of management.
Maintaining high tenant satisfaction, ensuring financial performance, and adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.

Overseeing the daily operations of all properties in the region, including maintenance, leasing, and customer service.
Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
Preparing and managing annual budgets for each property and closely monitoring revenue and expenses to ensure profitability.
Conducting regular property inspections to ensure properties meet health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of property upkeep and curb appeal.
Leading, training, and managing on-site property managers and staff to achieve operational excellence.
Handling tenant complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
Liaising with external parties such as contractors, local government officials, and community leaders.
Preparing detailed reports on property performance, market trends, and other analytics for senior management.

5-10 years experience in property management or a related field, with a proven track record of managing multiple properties or a comparable portfolio.
Strong knowledge of the property market, and current legislation affecting property management.
Proficiency in using property management software like Yardi or RealPage.
