Pay Range: $22.05 - $25.53 per hour (depending on experience).

Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 1pm

What You’ll Do:
As a Grill Cook, you’ll be responsible for preparing grilled proteins and other hot items that are the heart of QDOBA’s menu.
Your role includes: - Grilling chicken, steak, and other proteins to perfection.
- Monitoring food temperatures and cooking times to ensure quality and safety.
- Preparing hot toppings like fajita veggies, queso, and seasoned rice.
- Following recipes and portion guidelines for consistency.
- Maintaining a clean and organized grill station.
- Assisting with prep work and restocking as needed.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
