- Master's degree or above
- 2 years of teaching experiences in the university/college
- Experiences in China is a plus - Module Delivery & Teaching: Design, prepare, and deliver engaging lectures, workshops, and practical sessions that align with the module's learning outcomes.
- Curriculum Development: Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of the curriculum, ensuring it remains at the forefront of motion capture technology and industry practice.
- Student Supervision & Mentorship: Guide and mentor students through the technical and creative process, from initial planning and assessment to the final testing and creation of their motion-tracking projects.
- Assessment & Feedback: Develop fair and effective assessment criteria, grade student work (including practical artifacts and theoretical understanding), and provide constructive, timely feedback to facilitate student growth.
- Foster Core Understanding: Ensure students achieve a deep, conceptual understanding of fundamental motion capture and motion tracking technologies and the key technical processes involved.
- Facilitate Practical Application: Create a learning environment where students can apply theoretical and practical knowledge to solve problems and complete given briefs, exercising appropriate judgment at every stage.
- Academic Leadership: Stay current with industry trends and academic research to enrich teaching and contribute to the academic reputation of the department.
