Job Summary
- Position Type: Temp-to-perm, full-time (Mon Fri, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM)
- Pay Rate: $24 per hour
- Work Locations: Multiple customer sites in downtown San Francisco and one in San Rafael (locations may change daily)
- Dress Code: Business casual
- COVID Requirements: None
- Transportation: No driving of company or customer vehicles required as a temp; required only if converted to permanent employee
- Interview Process: Two rounds (first virtual, second in-person if selected)
- Job Duties:
- Support various customer locations with services such as mail handling, shipping/receiving, copy/production center, reception, hospitality, and conference room setup
- Adapt to different customer environments (law firms, corporate offices, retail, warehouses, etc.)
- Work independently or as part of a team, depending on site needs
- Absorb and apply training (take notes, ask questions, show initiative)
- Stand and walk for extended periods; lift up to 50 lbs without assistance
- Customer Service: Required to have strong customer service skills and flexibility to be rerouted to different sites as needed
- Work Environment:
- Must be able to work alone or with varying team sizes
- Some sites require extensive standing and walking
- Commute/Parking:
- No free parking in San Francisco; most employees use public transit
- Free parking available in San Rafael
- Mileage/parking reimbursement available for San Rafael location (after first 15 miles each way)
- Conversion: Opportunity for permanent employment after completing minimum required hours
