The 1-year-old might wake up for a sip of milk or water, whichever is easiest for you, but he should go back to sleep without issues. Bedtime routines are in place, with the 1-year-old going to bed at 7:30 PM and the 3-year-old at 8:30 PM. The 3-year-old typically sleeps through the night.
