Position: Network Engineer

Location: Greenville, SC OR Fort Washington, PA

Duration: 6 Months CTH

Key Skills:

• Netscaler Preffered
• LAN/WAN
• Azure networking
• Cisco NFDC (Nexus Fabric Dashboard Controller)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Implement and manage load balancing solutions ( Citrix Netscaler preferred ; F5, HAProxy, or Azure Application Gateway also acceptable).
• Support Azure network infrastructure - Virtual Networks, VPN Gateway, ExpressRoute, Network Security Groups, and hybrid connectivity.
• Administer and monitor Cisco Nexus data center environments using Cisco NFDC ( Nexus Fabric Dashboard Controller ).
• Troubleshoot complex network issues, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to maintain compliance and network security best practices.
• Document network configurations, processes, and procedures.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Network Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies, routing (BGP, OSPF), and switching (VLANs, STP, QoS).
• Hands-on experience with load balancers preferably Citrix Netscaler , or F5, HAProxy, Azure Application Gateway.
• Experience with Azure networking and hybrid cloud environments.
• Working knowledge of Cisco Nexus switches and NFDC (Nexus Fabric Dashboard Controller).
• Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools (SolarWinds, Wireshark, etc.).
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
