Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Naples, FL

The Position: Seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide individual and group therapy for older adults. This role focuses on reducing isolation, promoting emotional well-being, and supporting quality of life through compassionate care and collaborative treatment planning.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary ranging from $60,000 to $70,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities
- Schedule: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Evaluate clients to understand their mental health needs
- Create and provide treatment plans with individual and group therapy
- Diagnose mental health issues following clinical guidelines
- Offer individual therapy for depression, anxiety, grief, and life changes, especially for older adults
- Lead group therapy to build social connections and coping skills
- Run caregiver support groups with education and resource referrals
- Keep accurate and timely records, including treatment plans and notes
- Write clear clinical reports
- Collaborate with team members during case reviews and meetings
- Participate in ongoing training and team discussions
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted LCSW license in the state of Florida
- Previous experience working with older adults or senior populations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
