Experienced Lead Data Engineer to drive enterprise-scale data initiatives and lead multiple scrum teams delivering modern, scalable data solutions.

This role blends hands-on technical leadership with architecture design, workflow orchestration, and large-scale platform rollouts.

Key Responsibilities

Lead multiple scrum teams to deliver enterprise data platforms and solutions
Design, optimize, and tune SQL/PL-SQL for high-performance data processing
Develop Python-based automation and data processing solutions
Administer and optimize data preparation tools (Alteryx, RapidMiner, Tableau Prep)
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines across environments
Mentor teams on performance tuning, best practices, and code quality
Troubleshoot and resolve scalability and performance issues
