Job Summary
Cardinal Ritter College Prep is seeking a passionate and committed Assistant Girls Volleyball Coach to support the head coach and contribute to the success and development of the volleyball program.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing and executing practices, drills, and game plans.
- Provide instruction and feedback to student-athletes.
- Promote teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.
- Monitor players’ academic and behavioral expectations.
- Help manage equipment, uniforms, and team communication.
- Fulfill duties assigned by the head coach and act as a leader when needed.
Job Requirements
- Previous volleyball playing or coaching experience preferred.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and good communication skills.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- MSHSAA certification or eligibility for certification.
- Availability for evening practices and weekend games.
