About the Job:
This job posting is looking for a hired hand to work full-time at a grain farm, so no livestock is involved.
Job Qualifications: - The hours of this job will vary based on the season.
- Hours are more lenient in the summer and winter, but during planting season and harvest season, the laborer must be present.
- Some farming experience and mechanical experience are required.
- Having a CDL is a plus.
Job Duties:
- Daily jobs will include operating/mechanical upkeep on tractors, grain carts, combine, semi, self-propelled sprayer or platters.
- In addition, some physical labor is associated with this job, including but not limited to fixing tile and scooping grain bins.
- The laborer must also be willing to learn and listen to instructions given.
