About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and highly reliable Front of House (FOH) Restaurant Manager to lead our guest-facing operations. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, genuinely enjoys people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and consistently delivers an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all front-of-house daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Train, motivate, and supervise FOH staff, creating a positive and productive work environment
- Maintain high standards of customer service; address guest feedback promptly and professionally
- Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff development
- Manage staff scheduling to ensure proper coverage during peak hours
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization throughout the dining and service areas
- Collaborate with kitchen leadership to maintain communication and workflow between FOH and BOH
- Monitor inventory of FOH supplies and assist with ordering as needed
- Handle cash management and POS oversight with accuracy and attention to detail
- Uphold company policies, procedures, and brand values
Qualifications
- 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience (FOH strongly preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Warm, outgoing personality with a customer-first mindset
- Highly reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Experience with POS systems, scheduling, and basic administrative tasks
- Availability to work mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays as needed
