Job Description
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Front-End Developer with strong Webflow experience to join their web marketing team. This role will support the design, development, and optimization of our digital experience ensuring performance, accessibility, brand consistency, and exceptional usability.
You will collaborate closely with design, product, and marketing teams to build responsive, scalable web pages, integrate A/B test results, and support ongoing site enhancements. Our ideal candidate is technically strong, collaborative, empathetic, and great to work with.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize web pages with Webflow
- Implement responsive designs across all devices and browsers
- Apply A/B test insights to improve user experience and conversion performance
- Ensure WCAG 2.1 accessibility compliance
- Build reusable, scalable design systems and components
- Partner cross-functionally with design, SEO, and marketing teams
- Perform QA testing and troubleshoot front-end issues
- Continuously optimize site speed and performance
Required Qualifications
- 515 years Front-End Development experience
- Proven portfolio demonstrating Webflow expertise
- Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills
- Experience implementing A/B test results in production
- Solid knowledge of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
- Experience with scalable component libraries/design systems
- Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Strong grasp of cross-browser compatibility and performance best practices
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

- Google Analytics / GTM familiarity
- CMS and 3rd-party integrations
- SEO fundamentals
- Agile/Scrum experience
Location: Remote or Hybrid (San Jose, CA preferred)
Schedule: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM PT (core hours 10:00 AM 3:00 PM PT)
Compensation: $70-$80 an hour
