Job Description

Berkshire Country in Norfolk and Canaan, CT is looking for a Food Prep/Server to join our strong and growing team. The right candidate may be considered for a lead opportunity once a track record is established. We are located on 6 Station Place Norfolk, CT and 85 Main Street Canaan, CT . Our ideal candidate is a team oriented, attentive, motivated, and engaged individual with a strong passion for customer service. Applicants should expect a fast paced work environment and be able to demonstrate strong teamwork, and multitasking abilities. 

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food to customers
• Ensure quality and quantity of food levels
• Maintain sanitary and cleanliness at workstations
• Assist kitchen staff as needed

Qualifications

• Great communication and listening skills
• Friendly and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in a Customer Service role is a plus
• Waitstaff experience preferred but not required.
