Orthodontic Technician – Dental Laboratory.
Location: Philadelphia, PA.
We are seeking a talented Orthodontic Technician to join our growing dental laboratory team. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating high-quality orthodontic appliances that improve patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate a wide range of orthodontic appliances, including retainers, expanders, lingual bars, and other custom devices.
- Ensure accuracy, fit, and aesthetics in all appliances produced.
- Collaborate closely with other technicians and the clinical team to meet quality and turnaround standards.
- Utilize various materials and techniques to deliver consistent, reliable results.
- Contribute to maintaining an efficient, organized, and safe laboratory environment.
- Participate in ongoing improvements to workflows and lab processes.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in fabricating orthodontic appliances (retainers, expanders, lingual bars, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Ability to follow instructions and specifications with precision.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn new methods and technologies.
- Preferred: Experience with digital workflows and/or 3D printing.
