Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Contacts the patient - Phone, Text, and Email.
- Schedules and confirms appointments.
- Requires good telephone technique and manners.
- Manages Patient Records - Update contact information, forms, insurances, etc.
- Manages Business Records, Manage working with partners.
- Handles patient's reception - Greeting, Payments, Post Op instruction, etc.
- Prepares Written Communication - Referral, Rx, etc.
Working days:
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday (1st and 3rd).
