Job Description
The Craps/Multi Games Dealer is to deal table games in accordance with company procedures, and state gaming regulations while maintaining a pleasant and entertaining atmosphere for the guests.
Duties:
- Deal table games according to applicable company and departmental policies, procedures and rules.
- Check and protect all cards when placed on the game.
- Always protect the table bankroll.
- Determine that bets are properly placed and within table limits.
- Make proper payoffs to winning bets and collect losing bets.
- Deposit all currency and foreign chips into table drop box.
- Verify all fills/credits to the table.
- Deal all table games with speed and accuracy.
- Report any unusual situations to Casino Executive.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must be able to maintain a valid license with the Gaming Control Board.
- Minimum of 6 months experience.
- Must have excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination and be able to cut chips with both hands.
- Most possess knowledge of the Craps game.
- Proficient in general math skills.
- Have excellent interpersonal communication skills
