Responsibilities
- Prepare and clean surfaces for concrete pouring.
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete according to specifications.
- Finish surfaces using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment.
- Ensure proper curing of concrete to achieve desired strength and durability.
- Inspect finished work for quality and compliance with project standards.
- Collaborate with other construction team members to meet project timelines.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of concrete finishing techniques and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent physical stamina and strength.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
Salary info:
