Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate CNA/PRN Restorative to provide high-quality nursing care across various settings, including long-term care, assisted living, and post-acute environments.
- Deliver personalized restorative interventions to maintain or improve patient function.
- Assist with ADLs, mobility, and catheter care.
- Monitor and document vital signs and patient responses using EMR/EHR systems.
- Administer medications and treatments following safety guidelines.
- Operate equipment like Hoyer lifts for safe patient transfers.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and families.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and infection control protocols.
- Support patients in diverse environments, including inpatient, outpatient, and home care.
Qualifications include valid CNA licensure, experience in various healthcare settings, proficiency with EMR systems, and knowledge of clinical procedures. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently are essential. Certifications like BLS or ACLS are preferred.
This PRN position offers flexible scheduling, a pay rate of $15.00 - $15.50/hour, and benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more. The role is in person and focused on making a meaningful impact in patient lives.
