Job Description

Job Duties:

• Cleaning and washing dishes, pots and pans.
• Setting up / breaking down dish machine and station.
• Assist cooks with preparation of food when needed.
• Closing and cleaning of the kitchen nightly.
• Perform Nightly and Weekly deep cleaning tasks.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
