Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze data related to the complaint management process and identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Use Excel and other Microsoft tools to organize data, perform calculations, create reports, and support decision-making.
- Assist the team with data validation, report generation, and documentation tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to support ongoing data analytics projects and contribute insights.
- Help troubleshoot data or process issues and provide recommendations for enhancements.
- Support virtual meetings, project discussions, and cross-functional communication as needed.
- Maintain accurate records, follow established workflows, and ensure data integrity across assigned tasks.
Skills:
- Excel Proficiency: Advanced functions, formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data manipulation.
- Data Analysis: Ability to interpret datasets, derive insights, and support problem-solving activities.
- Microsoft Tools: Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and familiarity with Power BI (strongly preferred).
- Analytical & Critical Thinking: Ability to evaluate data, identify patterns, and support process improvements.
- Reporting & Documentation: Skilled in preparing reports, summaries, and analytical findings.
- General Computer Skills: Efficient digital literacy, file management, and working with cloud-based/project tools.
