Configure and maintain Epic MyChart modules including appointment scheduling secure messaging bill pay and branding.
Collaborate with clinicians IT teams and stakeholders to improve workflows and user experience.
Lead design development and implementation of MyChart features and enhancements.
Analyze clinical workflows and validate impacts of MyChart configurations.
Resolve complex support issues escalated from customer service
Mentor junior analysts and guide best practices.
Participate in testing documentation and training development.
Support on-call/upgrade rotations and attend relevant committees and project meetings.
Qualifications :
MyChart build experience required. Experience with Haiku/Canto Care Everywhere and/or EpicCare Link a plus.
