Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills
- 1 year of composite manufacturing or related experience
- Ability to work with composite resins and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Ability to read and interpret a 6" scale
- Composite layup experience
- Must meet the physical requirements of the role
- Must be able to work any shift
What you’ll do
- Manufacture composite aircraft parts in a production environment
- Perform lay-up, cutting, bagging, autoclaving, trimming, and/or repair work
- Read work orders, blueprints, sketches, and operation sheets
- Ensure defect-free assemblies before inspection
- Maintain logs and records (e.g., MIR sheets, DR/DI, PCOs)
- Support Lean initiatives
- Maintain a clean, safe work area aligned with FOD and 5S standards
