Administrative Assistant – Part-Time
Don’t miss this Part-Time Administrative Assistant opportunity working 20 hours per week in a friendly, casual environment! You’ll help process orders, replenish supplies, and more at our client’s Rochester, NH location.
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant – Part-Time
- Enter purchase orders and process sales orders in ERP system
- Prepare reports
- Order office supplies
- Pick up water, coffee, snacks, etc. from the store (using personal or company vehicle)
- Perform additional administrative support tasks as assigned
Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant – Part-Time - High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior administrative experience
- Good computer skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
The Part-Time Administrative Assistant works Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm, with a one-hour lunch, for $18-$20/hour DOE. We look forward to hearing from you!
